Prof. Dr. Toufiqur Rahman Faruque is a renowned Cardiologist in Dhaka, highly respected for his expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of complex heart diseases. He obtained his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College (DMC) and completed his MD in Cardiology. In addition, he holds multiple prestigious fellowships, including FCPS (Medicine), FACC (USA), FACP (USA), FASE (USA), FSCAI (USA), FRCP (Glasgow & Edinburgh), FCCP (USA), FESC (Europe), FAHA (USA), FAPSIC (Singapore), and FAPSC (Japan).
He is currently serving as the Professor and Head of the Department of Cardiology at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases & Hospital (NICVD).
